The Pavilion at Kenton, a warm and welcoming skilled nursing facility in historic Covington, KY, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to join our leadership team. The Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) supports the Director of Nursing (DON) in leading clinical operations and driving quality care.

Prior nursing home experience is required for the ADON position.

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties

• Support the Director of Nursing (DON) in overseeing daily clinical operations

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff across shifts

• Monitor resident care quality and support survey readiness

• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and clinical compliance

• Participate in care planning and quality assurance initiatives

Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Prior ADON or nursing leadership experience

• Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
