How You’ll Make an ImpactAs a QMS Leader & Quality Systems Support
, you will lead site‑wide Quality Management System (QMS) activities, ensuring compliance with industry standards while driving continuous improvement across the organization. You will collaborate with corporate and site partners to leverage best practices and strengthen quality performance.
- Lead and execute all site Quality Management System activities to ensure timely, effective compliance.
- Establish, sustain, and continuously improve the site QMS in alignment with applicable industry standards such as ISO 9001, European Federation for Cosmetic Ingredients (EFfCI), Excipients (EXCiPACT), International Food Additives Council (IFAC), etc.
- Manage the internal audit program, ensuring nonconformities are effectively corrected and independently verified.
- Coordinate and manage all external registration and certification requirements, serving as the primary liaison with external auditors and registrars.
- Ensure Quality Management System training programs are effective and support organizational competence.
- Ensure internal audits are process‑based, executed per the audit plan, and deliver meaningful improvement outcomes.
- Develop, implement, and manage leading and lagging key performance indicators (KPIs) related to QMS effectiveness.
- Prepare, review, and assess all required inputs for Management Review Meetings.
- Partner with the site Management Team to recommend, support, and implement continuous improvement initiatives related to the QMS.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field
- ISO 9001 training or certification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a Quality Management System within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with in the chemical manufacturing industry
- Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS)
- Experince driving QMS decisions in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment
