*** Responsibilities and Duties
**** Maintain accurate track-and-trace records, update databases, and apply product labels according to specifications.
* Perform daily inspections and verification of products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
* Monitor product identification, appearance, and case count prior to shipment.
* Conduct random quality checks, follow testing parameters, and document results accurately.
* Prepare reports detailing accepted and rejected products.
* Assist with analytical testing of raw materials and finished goods, including chemical handling and use of analytical balances.
* Support R&D efforts and perform calibration and verification of equipment as needed.
* Participate in outdoor testing activities under varying weather conditions and safely lift up to 60 pounds.
*** Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
**** Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to read and interpret product specifications and technical documents.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and navigating   Windows-based systems.
* Working knowledge of laboratory practices, chemical handling, and annalistically testing preferred.
* Ability to work independently and part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
*** Work Environment
**** Minimal travel required.
* Must be able to work in both indoor laboratory settings and outdoor environments during testing activities.
