Job Title:
Quality Material Technician

• Receives, and stores frozen tissue samples, supplies and/or finished products in conjunction with internal and external requirements.
• Coordinates timely accurate flow of materials from warehouse inventory to work-in-process/production areas.
• Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
• Store, issue, or prepare samples, verifying the lot number, quantity, release status and any other unique identifiers using good documentation practices.
• Check materials against packaging lists, invoices, freight bills or other pertinent documentation to assure conformity and accuracy.
• Deliver materials to processing areas in a timely manner, maintain proper flow of raw materials and other time-sensitive supplies.
• Maintain and sustain organized work spaces for tissue, supplies, and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate records and reconcile inventory errors.
• Accountable for personal safety and adhering to the safety guidelines.
• Must supply materials to functional areas or move to and from incoming areas to maintain efficient shipping and receiving operations.
• This position is accountable for complying with applicable FDA (GMP), USDA, OSHA regulations, policies, procedures, or guidelines.
• Participate in daily stand-up meetings, continuous improvement projects, adhere to established work practices like Kanban signals, and 5S initiatives.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

This is a fully on-site position in Dayton, Ohio.

They will work in a GMP environment that is highly regulated. The team is being built out so will be around 5 to start with growth up to 15 by later this year.

Hours:

Openings on 1st shift 7a-3:30p.

2nd shift 3p - 11:30p (some flexibility with start time)
