About the RoleOur client, one of the largest private real estate companies in the region, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a growing commercial real estate portfolio in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky market.
This role will lead the financial and operational management of a multi‑asset campus that includes high‑rise office, parking, HOA, and retail properties. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial property management expertise, financial acumen, and the ability to lead teams while delivering best‑in‑class tenant service.
What You’ll Do- Own the day‑to‑day management and operational performance of assigned properties, ensuring alignment with company standards and contractual obligations
- Develop, execute, and continuously reforecast annual property plans, budgets, and operating strategies
- Lead, train, and manage on‑site property staff, driving accountability, performance, and service excellence
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, guests, and vendors
- Oversee lease administration and ensure accurate, timely execution of lease obligations
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable, ensuring timely rent collection and issue resolution
- Prepare and deliver accurate monthly and quarterly performance reports
- Bid, negotiate, award, and manage building service contracts and operating projects
- Act as landlord representative for tenant improvement and construction projects
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with operational and safety standards
- Partner in the development and execution of short‑ and long‑term asset strategies
- Ensure all property requests and service needs are resolved promptly and professionally
- Oversight of a high‑profile commercial campus including high‑rise office assets
- Strong ownership and autonomy in managing property performance

- Bachelor’s degree from a four‑year college or university
- 5+ years of commercial property management experience
- Experience managing commercial or high‑rise properties
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases, real estate finance, and building operations
- Experience with CAM expense reconciliation
- Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively
- Experience negotiating vendor and service contracts
- Customer‑focused mindset with strong relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Experience with Yardi
- Experience overseeing mixed‑use or campus‑style commercial portfolios
