We are seeking a highly motivated and self‑driven Postdoctoral Researcher with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanics, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science, especially Polymer Science and Engineering.
Minimum Qualifications- PhD focused on mechanical, materials or chemical engineering, or related fields.
- Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing at nano‑micro‑macro scale, testing of material properties, instrumentation, and modeling/simulation tools.
- PhD in Engineering.
- Experience with processing technologies and materials science.
- Research and Experimentation
- Design, conduct, and analyze experiments related to the core research project.
- Develop new methodologies and optimize existing protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of results for publication and reporting.
- Manuscript and Proposal Writing
- Draft and revise scientific manuscripts for peer‑reviewed journals.
- Contribute to research proposals and progress reports for funding agencies.
- Mentorship and Supervision
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to graduate and undergraduate students.
- Assist in organizing group meetings and collaborative research activities.
- Dissemination and Collaboration
- Present findings at conferences, seminars, and internal meetings.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners on joint research goals.
- Lab and Equipment Maintenance
- Ensure laboratory compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage shared instruments and maintain inventory of supplies.
