We are seeking a highly motivated and self‑driven Postdoctoral Researcher with a background in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanics, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science, especially Polymer Science and Engineering.

• PhD focused on mechanical, materials or chemical engineering, or related fields.
• Demonstrated expertise in mechanical design, manufacturing at nano‑micro‑macro scale, testing of material properties, instrumentation, and modeling/simulation tools.

• PhD in Engineering.
• Experience with processing technologies and materials science.

• Research and Experimentation
  • Design, conduct, and analyze experiments related to the core research project.
  • Develop new methodologies and optimize existing protocols.
  • Maintain detailed records of results for publication and reporting.
• Manuscript and Proposal Writing
  • Draft and revise scientific manuscripts for peer‑reviewed journals.
  • Contribute to research proposals and progress reports for funding agencies.
• Mentorship and Supervision
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to graduate and undergraduate students.
  • Assist in organizing group meetings and collaborative research activities.
• Dissemination and Collaboration
  • Present findings at conferences, seminars, and internal meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on joint research goals.
• Lab and Equipment Maintenance
  • Ensure laboratory compliance with safety protocols.
  • Manage shared instruments and maintain inventory of supplies.
