Flint Group is seeking a Technical Specialist to join our Research & Development team in West Chester, Ohio. In this role, you’ll develop and test waterborne flexographic and gravure inks and coatings for a wide range of packaging applications. You will work closely with a global R&D team to deliver innovative, high-performance ink and coating solutions.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, 10+ years of experience, and strong knowledge of flexographic printing. This position offers a great opportunity for an experienced formulator in a hands-on lab environment.
