Procter & Gamble invites Purdue students graduating in 2028 or 2029 to join a research and development co-op. The program spans 12–24 weeks and runs on-site at Mason, OH or Cincinnati, OH with a co-op allowance. Roles span Products Research, Analytical Science, Product Design, and Data Science, among others.
You will work with mentors, contribute to real product innovations, and gain cross-functional exposure in a dynamic, collaborative environment that values ownership from Day 1.
