Evening Shift Lead- Hansie Flip Burgers

Hansie Flip Burgers, located in the heart of Williamstown, KY, seeks an experienced Shift Lead. The role requires taking pride in work while balancing front and back of house priorities and ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Schedule: 3:30 PM to 9:00 PM, Tuesday through Saturday

• Ensure customers receive quality food promptly.
• Regularly inspect all work areas for compliance with food health and safety regulations.
• Accurately tally cash and charge slips.
• Follow established standard operating procedures and checklists.
• Turn off lights and activate the alarm system at close of business.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven experience in the food service industry.
• Knowledge of labor laws, food health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Outstanding leadership and management skills.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attendance record.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds, and to perform frequent standing, stooping, squatting, twisting, and moving.
