FOOD RUNNER​/EXPEDITER Buckeye Lake, Ohio

Buckeye Lake Yacht Club is seeking a dependable, energetic, and detail‑oriented Food Runner / Expo to support our kitchen and front‑of‑house teams. This role is essential to ensuring accurate, timely food delivery while maintaining the elevated service standards expected in a private club environment.

• Act as the liaison between kitchen and service staff
• Ensure all plates are prepared according to ticket specifications before leaving the kitchen
• Garnish and finalize dishes for presentation when needed
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to members and guests
• Announce dishes clearly and professionally at the table
• Assist servers with clearing and resetting tables as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas
• Communicate effectively with chefs, servers, and management regarding timing and special requests
• Support smooth service flow during high‑volume periods and special club events

• Previous restaurant, club, or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
