Cashier​/Crew Member

The Cashier is responsible and accountable for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. The Cashier provides each guest with a positive guest service experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant and safe for all guests and employees.

• 1) Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
• 2) Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
• 3) Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles.
• 4) Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity.
• 5)
  Take customer orders at the counter or Drive Thru
• 6)
  Receive payments and present change to customers
• 7)
  Pack food items, make coffee, and fill beverage cups
• 8)
  Appeal to impatient or irritated customers, especially during rush hours
• 9)
  Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
• 10)
  Ensure a balance of the register at the end of the shift or working period
