Hiring for our FULL TIME PART TIME, OUTDOOR Plant Merchandiser role!

This position is SEASONALLY-BASED. This role is NOT Full-time or Year-round.

This role will service the following store(s):

Store #829 - 1700 W. Park Square, Xeina, Ohio 45385
Store #811 - 3165 Dayton Xeina Rd, Beavercreek, Ohio 45434

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, your workday will include:

Display a variety of outdoor plants
Maintain product displays each day
Water all plant materials
Develop a watering plan with the floral department manager for additional support as needed
Ensure proper signage is in place
Maintain a safe and clean display area
Remove and record expired plant material
Interact with store personnel and customers
Develop a positive working relationship with store management and associates
Complete report for each store serviced
Document every visit using the Go Spot Check app

As a Garden Center Merchandiser, you will be required to:

Have a smart phone
Workoutdoorsin all elements
Have dependable transportation that you have access to daily
Have a valid driver’s license

Lift, push and carry up to 30 lbs repetitively
Understand and execute planograms
Use workplace mobile apps
Able to assemble and tear down outdoor benching
