Retail Sales Associate Golf

Overview

As a store teammate at DICK'S Sporting Goods, you will create an exceptional shopping experience by greeting and proactively approaching customers, providing knowledgeable assistance, maintaining merchandising standards, promoting company programs, adhering to safety and loss prevention policies, and creating an inclusive environment.

Take an all‑hands‑on-deck approach to support teammates across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 lbs. occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Targeted Pay Range: $12.50 - $19.50.

Starting rate of pay may vary based on location, experience, and position offered. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
