• 2+ years of relevant Store Manager experience as a proven leader.
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English.

• Ability to meet store scheduling and availability expectations, including a flexible schedule, weekends, holidays, and high‑traffic days such as the day after Thanksgiving, Memorial Day, Christmas Eve, Mother’s Day, etc.
