Job Summary
The Wellness Advisor will advise recreational, medicinal, and caregiver customers in selecting cannabis products and serve as an ambassador of the company’s mission to normalize, professionalize, and revolutionize cannabis. You will use customer service, product knowledge, and state compliance regulations to deliver a best‑in‑class experience. Wellness Advisors manage the customer lifecycle from check‑in to consultation, order fulfillment, and checkout, with compliance at the forefront of all tasks.

Job Duties
- Greet customers and ensure a best‑in‑class experience.
- Build customer relationships by asking questions and listening attentively to needs.
- Assist customers in product selection through education of cannabis products and their effects.
- Apply effective selling and cross‑selling techniques to build baskets.
- Verify proper documentation and customers.
- Assist in verifying accuracy of orders, label and package customer orders.
- Perform accurate cash handling in the company’s Point of Sale system following SOPs.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensary activities in accordance with state regulations and company standards.
- Perform routine inventory counts and ensure product stock is organized and compliant.
- Assist managers with organizing sales floor merchandise and product displays.
- Ensure security measures and safety compliance according to company SOPs.
- Keep the store organized and clean for customers and team.
- Escalate employee or customer issues to management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; retail or hospitality preferred.
- Flexibility to work shifts that may include opening, closing, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage with customers.
- Proficiency in learning and applying technical and product‑related information in a consultative manner.
- Ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 50 pounds (100 pounds with assistance).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Must comply with all legal and company regulations for working in the industry.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.
