** Assistant Manager
** We’re looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our Taco Bell team! This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations, leading the team, and helping drive overall store performance.

As a Taco Bell Assistant General Manager, you’ll work closely with the Restaurant General Manager to ensure the store runs smoothly while supporting team development and delivering a great customer experience.

* What you’ll do:

*** Support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations and overall store performance
* Lead, coach, and develop team members
* Ensure excellent customer service and a positive guest experience
* Assist with scheduling, staffing, and labor management
* Help manage inventory, ordering, and cost control
* Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and safety standards
* Monitor store performance and assist in achieving sales and operational goals
* Support hiring, training, and ongoing team development## Qualifications

* What we’re looking for:

*** Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
* Previous leadership experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to coach, train, and develop a team
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
