What You’ll Be DoingTraining, monitoring, and reinforcing all food safety procedures
Ensuring company and health regulations are followed at all times while maintaining a safe, secure, and clean working environment
Overseeing crew tasks to maintain quality, speed, and cleanliness
Supporting overall “Service Excellence” and “Customer Courtesy” standards
Assigning and monitoring tasks for maximum team productivity
Assisting in training and cross-training crew members
Protecting company cash, property, products, and equipment
What You BringStrong communication skills + ability to multi-task
Ability to take direction and work as part of a team
Basic math skills
Able to stand 8-hour shifts and lift 20–50 lbs
Comfortable with repetitive standing, bending, and stooping
Willing to work 40 hours/week, including nights, weekends, and some holidays
An upbeat, engaging personality and a genuine desire to serve guests
