Maintain a polished appearance by following uniform and grooming guidelines and meet brand and safety standards.;
Support daily operations, help hire and train team members, and inspire excellent service and teamwork.;
Quickly handle guest questions and requests, arrange special needs, and stay informed on shop functions and events.;
Oversee shop operations, manage transactions, maintain inventory and cleanliness, and assist the team as needed.
