Client
Summary:
- Builds a large, secure network that connects medical imaging and clinical data from multiple health systems.
- Helps researchers, life sciences, and AI developers access real‑world imaging data without moving or duplicating it.
- Focuses on privacy, compliance, and data quality through advanced de‑identification methods.
- Supports projects like clinical research, biomarker discovery, and algorithm development.
- Aims to accelerate innovation in healthcare by making imaging data more discoverable and usable.
- Own and lead the end‑to‑end data sales strategy and execution, with a focus on enterprise pharmaceutical and life sciences clients.
- Drive outreach and engagement with executive champions inside pharmaceutical companies (e.g., Heads of Data, RWD, Market Access, etc.).
- Develop and implement a scalable go‑to‑market plan, including defining ICPs, sales processes, playbooks, sales operations infrastructure, and collateral.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with the product team to align on customer needs, positioning, and product‑market fit.
- Serve as a player‑coach – closing large, complex deals while mentoring team members (esp. in foundational sales).
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators and contribute to strategic planning for future commercial hires.
Skills:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a deep focus on enterprise and data sales.
- Proven experience in real‑world data (RWD) sales and navigating long‑cycle enterprise deals in pharma.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth in early‑stage environments, scaling sales from $1M to $10M+.
- Strong experience developing sales playbooks, defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and setting up sales operations.
- Ability to effectively engage and influence C‑level stakeholders and executive decision‑makers.
- Strong mentorship and coaching instincts; you’re someone others naturally learn from.

Compensation: $190k‑$200k, Health Insurance, 401k, Paid Vacation
