Carriage House Printery| Custom Apparel and Custom Fabric

Carriage House Printery is a custom textile printing and cut-and-sew manufacturer serving creative brands, teams, and small businesses. We’re expanding beyond custom fabric into
team uniforms, web-to-print products, and scalable B2C programs
— and we’re looking for a
Sales & Growth Manager
to help lead that next phase.

This is a leadership role for someone who can both
sell and build structure
: manage a small sales team, create visibility into performance, and drive consistent revenue growth.

What You’ll Own
  • Manage and coach a small team (3–4 people) currently handling social, Etsy, and inbound sales
  • Set weekly sales goals and hold the team accountable to activity and revenue targets
  • Improve follow-up, lead handling, and close rates
  • Implement simple sales tracking (CRM, dashboard, or reporting system)
  • Establish weekly reporting on:
  • Leads generated
  • Quotes sent
  • Orders closed
  • Revenue by channel (Etsy, direct, promotions, etc.)
  • Create repeatable outreach and follow-up processes
Growth Initiatives
  • Help launch and grow new revenue streams:
  • Soccer and team uniforms
  • Web-to-print / custom product programs
  • Bulk and repeat B2B accounts
  • Identify target customer segments and develop outreach strategies
  • Turn promotions and social activity into measurable sales campaigns
Key Accounts
  • Personally manage high-value or strategic accounts
  • Develop partnerships with schools, teams, brands, and organizations
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in
    sales, business development, or sales management
  • Experience managing small sales or customer success teams
  • Strong at turning informal sales activity into
    structured, trackable pipelines
  • Comfortable in a small business where you both
    lead and execute
  • Background in apparel, textiles, promotional products, print, or custom manufacturing is a strong plus
  • Data-driven: you like dashboards, numbers, and clear performance metrics
What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
  • Sales activity is tracked weekly and visible to leadership
  • The sales team has clear goals and consistent follow-up processes
  • Revenue becomes more predictable month to month
  • Remote or hybrid (Ohio preferred, not required)
  • Compensation:Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to revenue growth, sales execution, and new product launches. Alternative commission-heavy structures may be considered for exceptional candidates.
