Carriage House Printery is a custom textile printing and cut-and-sew manufacturer serving creative brands, teams, and small businesses. We’re expanding beyond custom fabric into
team uniforms, web-to-print products, and scalable B2C programs
— and we’re looking for a
Sales & Growth Manager
to help lead that next phase.
This is a leadership role for someone who can both
sell and build structure
: manage a small sales team, create visibility into performance, and drive consistent revenue growth.
- Manage and coach a small team (3–4 people) currently handling social, Etsy, and inbound sales
- Set weekly sales goals and hold the team accountable to activity and revenue targets
- Improve follow-up, lead handling, and close rates
- Implement simple sales tracking (CRM, dashboard, or reporting system)
- Establish weekly reporting on:
- Leads generated
- Quotes sent
- Orders closed
- Revenue by channel (Etsy, direct, promotions, etc.)
- Create repeatable outreach and follow-up processes
- Help launch and grow new revenue streams:
- Soccer and team uniforms
- Web-to-print / custom product programs
- Bulk and repeat B2B accounts
- Identify target customer segments and develop outreach strategies
- Turn promotions and social activity into measurable sales campaigns
- Personally manage high-value or strategic accounts
- Develop partnerships with schools, teams, brands, and organizations
- 5+ years in
sales, business development, or sales management - Experience managing small sales or customer success teams
- Strong at turning informal sales activity into
structured, trackable pipelines - Comfortable in a small business where you both
lead and execute - Background in apparel, textiles, promotional products, print, or custom manufacturing is a strong plus
- Data-driven: you like dashboards, numbers, and clear performance metrics
- Sales activity is tracked weekly and visible to leadership
- The sales team has clear goals and consistent follow-up processes
- Revenue becomes more predictable month to month
- Remote or hybrid (Ohio preferred, not required)
- Compensation:Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus tied to revenue growth, sales execution, and new product launches. Alternative commission-heavy structures may be considered for exceptional candidates.
