Professional Sales Associate

We are looking for driven, intelligent, and well-spoken individuals to join our highly competitive team. Must have reliable transportation; this role requires coverage of assigned shifts in Lexington, Georgetown, and Richmond, KY.

Many misunderstand what it means to be part of a highly functioning sales team, especially in the sleep and specialty mattress sales industry. This is not a typical retail job. We seek individuals who can work with minimal supervision and have a high capacity for sales. The training process lasts approximately 2-3 weeks and will be ongoing.

We aim to promote from within and expand our business locations, relying on you to step up and become our next Sleep Consultant or Store Manager. The promotion process typically takes a minimum of 12 months, depending on the individual.

This position involves filling shifts across multiple locations.

We offer a base pay of $15 per hour, with potential bonuses up to $500 per month, along with earned spiffs on product sales.

There are multiple ways to earn additional income beyond hourly pay.
