Director of Sales

Mackenzie Stuart is working on behalf of a global leader within the Warehouse Automation Industry who is looking for a high-performing Director of Sales. This role will be dedicated to accelerating growth and hunting to build strong client partnerships across the US market.

• Develop and execute sales strategies for integrated solutions, focusing on ASRS shuttle, totes, WES and SaaS solutions.
• Focus on hunting and nurturing relationships across various industries including 3PL, Retail, e-commerce, Food & Beverage throughout the US.
• Prospect, qualify, and manage new sales leads to expand business opportunities.
• Uncover and understand individual customer needs and align products and services to meet those needs effectively.
• Plan and coordinate the penetration of the US market
• Focus on increasing revenue, market adoption, and capturing market share while ensuring sales numbers and profit goals are met.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering, Business or industry relevant fields.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales.
• Experience in actively acquiring new clients and logos
• Ability to build strong relationships with key customer bases.
• Effective presentation and sales skills
• Travel when required to clients.
