Storm Guard – Senior Inside Sales Representative (Fitchburg, WI)
Storm Guard is hiring a full‑time Senior Inside Sales Representative to support and lead our inside sales team.
Compensation & BenefitsPay: $50,000–$80,000 per year.

- Proven inside sales or call center experience.
- Experience mentoring, leading, or coaching others.
- Comfortable in a high‑call‑volume, performance‑based environment.
- Strong communication skills and natural leadership presence.
- Highly organized, professional, and metric‑focused.
Full‑time schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday‑Friday (optional weekend hours).
- Manage daily inside sales activity by making inbound and outbound calls and converting qualified leads into appointments.
- Maintain high standard of call performance, review calls, reinforce scripts, and coach team members during live activity.
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and appointment quality.
- Support smooth transitions to the sales team and uphold accountability around key performance metrics.
