Job SummaryWe are seeking a driven and results-oriented Regional Account Manager to support and grow our presence across an assigned U.S. territory.
This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new customers, and executing the Pelsis commercial strategy through proactive selling, territory management, and strong customer engagement.
Working cross-functionally with Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Marketing, you will play a key role in building market share, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering commercial success.
How You’ll Make an Impact- Develop a strong understanding of Pelsis product lines, applications, and customer use cases
- Identify, prospect, and win new Pest Control Operator (PCO) accounts to drive demand through distribution
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve/exceed assigned revenue targets
- Own and deliver annual sales quota for your territory
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within CRM systems
- Conduct customer site visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions
- Build long-term relationships with distributors, contractors, and end users
- Support and execute new product launches and promotional initiatives
- Represent Pelsis at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events
- Produce weekly/monthly reports, forecasts, and territory plans
- Analyse sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic account development and customer needs
- 3+ years of B2B field sales experience with proven success in new customer acquisition and territory growth
- Experience in sales, territory management, or account management
- Strong ability to build relationships and consistently achieve targets
- Excellent presentation, communication, and training skills
- Ability to interpret sales data and business metrics to guide decisions
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Willingness to travel extensively (50–80%), including overnight stays
- Valid driver’s licence with an insurable driving record
- Experience in pest control or related industries
