Comm Scope is looking for a Territory Account Manager as part of its Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) Business Unit to assist with contract negotiations while driving sales goals within our network.
What to ExpectThis is an individual contributor field sales role, responsible for selling Comm Scope products, services, or solutions into the Ohio territory. The ideal candidate will be located in Ohio area.
You Will Make an Impact By- Prioritizing sales and customer relationships to meet assigned financial objectives while achieving product sales/solutions goals
- Recommending the selection and development of distributors to respective regions
- Achieving continued advancement in the marketplace
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably calling on MSO and/or Telco customers.
- 2+ years of experience supporting and participating in team sales initiatives assembling and communicating pertinent information for assigned accounts.
- 2+ years of experience owning the entire sales cycle with outstanding customer-facing and presentation skills.
- Expert ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
- A completed bachelor's degree
- Have familiarity with Comm Scope and our product set.
- Have experience in enterprise and Telco sales with a deep understanding of MSO and enterprise sales methodology.
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company's Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
