About the Role
Sales Enablement & Content Strategy Manager owns customer‑segment narratives and customer‑facing assets that help sales teams create, accelerate, and close pipeline. This role partners closely with sales and business leaders to shape effective messaging and learning experiences that improve sales outcomes. The focus is on impact, clarity, and continuous improvement in how sales teams engage customers.
Responsibilities- Partner with sales and business leadership to identify content needs and best practice sales messaging.
- Prepare comprehensive legal sales content, including customer-facing assets and sales training materials.
- Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Camtasia, and related software to create engaging, interactive training content.
- Build and maintain strong sales and product knowledge across the legal product portfolio.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to sales professionals at all levels to reinforce sales excellence.
- Conduct needs analysis, content mapping, design, writing, development, and testing of content.
- Report results and develop executive summaries for leadership at key intervals.
- Travel up to 10%, based on business needs.
- Juris Doctorate degree.
- Demonstrated experience in sales enablement, sales, and content development with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes and how content supports pipeline performance.
- Proven ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS or content/platform organizations with complex product portfolios.
- Proficiency with core Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
