Field Sales Account Executive – SMB

Job Summary

The Outside Sales Executive role at Global Payments focuses on selling the Genius® POS and payment technology platform to small and mid‑sized merchants. The role owns the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing while receiving sales leadership support.

Base salary: $152,000+ Residual income + monthly and quarterly bonuses. Full medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k) benefits. (Annual Base Pay Salary 40,000) Residual income keeps earning monthly from the accounts you build. Bonuses:
Monthly and quarterly incentives for surpassing quota and achieving stretch goals. Total compensation depends on performance, skills, and territory.

• B2B sales experience (fintech, SaaS, or merchant services preferred).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Motivated, competitive, and comfortable spending 75%+ time in the field.

• Sell Genius® POS and software solutions across retail, restaurant, and service verticals.
• Drive local business growth and sell award‑winning tech.
• Build long‑term residual income.
• Build pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and networking.
• Track pipeline activity in Atlas and Salesforce.
• Consult with business owners to improve operations, increase customer loyalty, and streamline payments using Genius®.

• Must reside in a 50mile radius of the job posting (Cincinnati, OH).
• Must live in the US.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
