We're speaking. GRYB USA wants to talk. We're hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow our presence across the Southeast, United States, selling world-class material handling attachments from our family of industry-leading brands:
Bateman Manufacturing, Winkle Industries, GRYB, Shearex, and more.
- Hit the road — 2–3 weeks of multi-state field travel per month, face-to-face with dealers and end users
- Hunt new business: prospect, qualify, demonstrate, negotiate, and close across a defined multi-state territory
- Build and grow a dealer network — recruit new partners, train their teams, and co-sell at the customer level
- Become the product expert: grapples, magnets, clamshell buckets, quick couplers, and the full GRYB portfolio
- Represent at trade shows, industry events, and customer job sites — including scrap yards, steel mills, ports, and demolition sites
- Own your pipeline in Salesforce and drive territory revenue toward $3M+ annual performance

- 5+ years B2B field sales in heavy equipment or attachments
- Multi-state territory experience — with multi-week consecutive travel
- Dealer network development & recruitment experience
- Proven track record of growing territory revenue year-over-year
- Technical aptitude: hydraulics, magnets, load specs, application fit
- Salesforce or CRM proficiency
- Must live in assigned territory
- Experience in scrap/recycling, steel, demolition, ports, or waste
- Background selling grapples, magnets, buckets, or similar attachments
- Field demo and product training experience
- Grew a territory from limited baseline to significant annual revenue
- Dealer network relationships in the SE or NE US
$75,000 – $90,000 Base Salary

This position includes base salary plus commission-based incentive compensation. Total compensation varies based on individual performance. In accordance with applicable state law, GRYB USA will not ask candidates about prior or current compensation during the hiring process.
