We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Customer Sales Representative that thrives in a technical sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be very effective communicating with customers via phone, e-mail and in person, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.

• Provide customers with quotations in a timely manner and enter sales orders
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up
• Close sales and provide outstanding customer service
• Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest, Build Strong Customer relationships
• Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
• Gather and organize sales data

• Strong phone presence, with exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in working well with others
• Experience working with ERP packages with strong computer entry skills
