Compensation

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $–$192,720 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

Regional Account Executive – Power & Grid Market (Illinois, Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania)

What You’ll Do
  • Drive solution sales of IoT hardware, software, and services for distribution, monitoring, and control of customers’ electrical networks.
  • Engage customers and promote the Energy Parks initiative by positioning integrated digital power and grid solutions.
  • Manage the external sales channel and collaborate with internal Schneider groups to grow business and enact strategic vision.
  • Challenge the status quo to grow the Power & Grid business with new products and software offerings.
  • Consult with customers, specifiers, and sales channels to bring complex, cutting‑edge solutions to market.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (account executives, solution architects, engineers, etc.) to deliver outside‑the‑box solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor influencing electrical distribution system design.
  • Enjoy freedom and flexibility to drive sales and create solutions needed for your market.
Responsibilities Overview
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Build long‑term relationships with key customers.
  • Leverage technical expertise to articulate value propositions.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
  • Track and report on performance metrics.
Qualifications
  • Passion for driving cutting‑edge solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years of end‑customer solution selling and/or delivery of complex electrical projects.
  • Experience preferred in Power & Grid, Energy Parks, Microgrids, ETAP/Digital Twins, or related equipment.
  • Comfort with AI‑amplified sales and architecture.
  • Proficiency in demand creation and new customer acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Team‑player in fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑management and multitasking ability.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.
