Sales Consultant

Great Lakes Hyundai of Streetsboro is excited to invite a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Consultant to join our dedicated team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to be the face of our dealership, helping customers find the perfect vehicle while providing exceptional service. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits to prospective buyers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Negotiate prices and terms to close sales effectively
  • Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
  • Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up with potential and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and foster loyalty
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and dealership goals

Requirements Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Active listening and empathy to understand customer needs.
  • Excellent product knowledge and ability to explain complex information clearly.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Regular and predictable attendance
