Retail Sales Consultant

• Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Adapt to a fast‑paced environment with evolving tech.
• Prior retail or customer‑facing sales experience is a plus; no sales experience is acceptable with training.

Retail Sales Consultant’s earn between $40,000 to $63,000, including hourly rate and our uncapped commission opportunities.
