Position: Sales & Marketing Associate – New Graduate (Ohio)

EVA is a Salesforce-native event ecosystem designed to unify registration, onsite operations, engagement, and analytics into one platform. We help associations, AMCs, and enterprises move from fragmented event tech stacks to a single, secure, and scalable solution within Salesforce.

About the Role:

Are you a recent college graduate looking to launch a dynamic career in B2B Event Technology Sales? Eva Reg LLC is expanding its flagship product team! Eva Reg is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and creative Sales & Marketing Associate (New Graduate) to join their team.

Role

Summary:

This role will focus on coordinating and developing partnerships with key consulting and implementation firms as well as identifying new channel and referral partners to expand EVA’s pipeline and market presence.

You will serve as the bridge between EVA and our partners—aligning go-to-market strategies, enabling partners to successfully position EVA, and driving qualified opportunities into the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Partner Development Sales & Strategy
  • Assist with the onboarding, tracking, and day-to-day coordination of strategic partners.
  • Help execute and maintain joint value propositions and co-selling strategies established by leadership.
  • Assist in generating qualified pipeline through partner referrals and co-selling efforts
  • Collaborate with EVA sales team to support partner-driven opportunities
  • Track partner-sourced revenue and performance
Partner Enablement
  • Support the delivery of partner training sessions and ensure partners are equipped with up-to-date EVA platform resources.
  • Distribute sales materials, positioning guides, and demo support to partners, and coordinate training schedules
Relationship Management
  • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to drive engagement and alignment
  • Coordinate joint marketing efforts (webinars, events, campaigns)
  • Act as primary point of contact for partner-related initiatives
Market Expansion & Industry Presence
  • Support outreach initiatives to new partners in Ohio and across key U.S. markets
  • Represent EVA at industry events, including ASAE conferences, Salesforce World Tours, PCMA, and other relevant networking events
  • Help build EVA’s visibility within the Salesforce and association ecosystem
Qualifications
  • Recent Bachelor's degree (Graduated within the last 0–12 months) in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with in the Salesforce ecosystem or working with Salesforce partners preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Travel:
    Some travel required for industry events, partner meetings, and conferences across the U.S.
