Account Executive, Business Team Sales – Overview
Designed for ambitious, results‑driven sales professionals who build customer relationships and bring T‑Mobile’s products and services to underserved markets.
Responsibilities- Generate and manage leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision.
- Sell wireless solutions, including price plans, data services, handsets, and accessories, and demonstrate T‑Mobile’s value to customers.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management with leadership; participate in product training and sales meetings.
- Create effective sales approaches, solutions, and proposals.
- Utilize sales force automation, manage sales funnel, and report on sales activities and forecasts.
- High School Diploma or GED (Required)
- 1+ years of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
- Experience in B2B sales (Preferred)

Total Target Cash Pay Range: $71,700 – $129,500, inclusive of target incentives.
Base Pay Range: $43,020 – $77,700.
Other compensation is determined by location, qualifications, and experience.
