New Home Consultant

New Home Consultant at Wayne Homes helps customers determine home needs and customize floor plans, providing sales support and customer service across all touchpoints.

Schedule:

Full‑time, including weekends. Two consecutive days off each week. Model Home Centers closed on major holidays.

• Generate sales to meet sales goals.
• Maintain thorough notes and updates in the sales system about customers.
• Conduct customer meetings (in person or virtual).
• Utilize sales, construction, and marketing tools to educate customers.
• Create custom drawings based on customer needs.
• Develop comprehensive product knowledge of all offered products.
• Assist with daily model walks to visualize space.
• Apply the 3 Steps to Great Service method accurately.
• Go the extra mile with small, special customer touches.
• Continuously pursue learning and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to track, project, and plan future sales.
