Job Overview

Full‑time Sales Representative – Walmart 2313, Streetsboro, OH 44241 (immediate hire). Promote NRG energy services to consumers in a retail environment. No door‑to‑door, cold‑calling or telemarketing duties.

• Engage customers about NRG electricity and gas and help them lower energy costs.
• Uncover consumer desires, overcome objections, and build professional relationships.
• Welcome customers and politely offer solutions while maintaining a clean, organized kiosk or store area.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet or exceed personal monthly sales goals.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event setting.
• Direct customers to displays, assess needs, provide product and service information, and build confidence in selection.
• Accurately document and report sales and submit all paperwork promptly.
• Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations and keep the workstation functional and presentable at all times.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Availability evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.

• Average weekly base pay of $800 – $1,000.
