RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Sales Generation
    • Meet personal and store sales goals
    • Continue to develop personal sales techniques and assist associates in improving sales techniques to maximize sales
    • Utilize elevated levels of sales and service to maximize performance
    • Demonstrate in‑depth knowledge of merchandise
    • After closing a sale, monitor all details including shipping, alterations (if applicable), and special requests to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Ensure all sales related policies and procedures are maintained
    • Maintain a keen interest in the fashion industry and market trends
  • Customer Service
    • Support and encourage team to provide highest level of customer service
    • Build and maintain repeat clientele by utilizing personal client book and assisting team with their client books
    • Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring satisfaction
    • Assist sales associates with various customer service issues
  • Operations
    • Collaborate with store manager in risk management, physical security, cash controls, and inventory management
    • Assist in training sales team in register usage and maintenance
    • Understand and execute all management register functions
    • Assist in stock, shipping, receiving protocol/policies, procedures, and related paperwork
    • Participate in inventories
  • Merchandising / Visual
    • Ensure selling floor is neat, organized, stocked and reflects correct visual image at all times
    • Assist in implementing and maintaining all visual directives
    • Ensure deliveries are processed in a timely manner
    • Identify product concerns promptly
    • Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
  • Human Resources
    • Maintain image and grooming standards that reflect brand image
    • Adhere to work schedule, including time and attendance
    • Support and follow up on all training programs and seminars
COMPENSATION RANGE

Local Minimum Wage up to 24.00 USD
