About the Team
The Strategic Financial Services Sales team partners with some of the largest financial institutions in the market to solve complex risk, fraud, identity, and compliance challenges. The team focuses on delivering strategic value through innovative data, analytics, and risk solutions that help clients drive growth, strengthen fraud prevention capabilities, and improve business decision‑making. Collaboration, consultative selling, executive relationship management, and cross‑functional partnership are central to the team's success.
Responsibilities- Establish and maintain excellent customer relationships at all levels.
- Act as liaison between sales support and customers to provide superior service and solutions.
- Evaluate existing relationships, grow and expand relationships, create a territory plan, and successfully execute against that strategy.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
- Call existing customers to secure appointments, gather information on their needs, position and demonstrate the value of products to address business issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by effectively managing customer objections, setting realistic expectations, negotiating pricing and contracts, and closing sales.
- 2+ years of sales or customer success experience.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, time management, and forecasting skills.
- Ability to promptly manage and respond to customer contacts.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Desire to move into a direct sales role long term.
- Preferred location FL or OH; willing to be flexible on location for the right candidate.

- Base Pay:
Home‑based Ohio $46,700–$78,000. - Total Target Cash: $71,900–$120,000.
- U.S. National Base Pay Range: $49,200–$82,100.
- Total Target Cash: $75,700–$126,300.
