Description

Best Choice Roofing is hiring Certified Roofing Specialists to help storm-affected homeowners recover while building rewarding, high-income sales careers.

In this role, you will meet directly with clients, inspect properties for damage, and guide them through the roof restoration and insurance claims process.

We are seeking competitive, coachable, and communicative individuals with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving results.

Respond to company-provided leads and convert opportunities into signed contracts.

Generate additional business through canvassing and door knocking in storm-affected neighborhoods.

Inspect roofs, attics, and properties for storm-related damage (paid training provided).

Educate homeowners on the restoration process and available funding solutions.

Work with insurance adjusters to help homeowners achieve the best possible outcome.

Present estimates, obtain agreements, and collect payments as needed.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Participate in weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions.

Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Coachable with a positive attitude and competitive mindset.

Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Comfortable initiating conversations and generating opportunities.

Driven by performance‑based compensation and unlimited earning potential.

1-2 years of sales experience preferred, particularly in sales or customer service roles.

Experience with canvassing, door‑to‑door sales, prospecting, or lead generation.

Track record of success through awards, recognition, quota attainment, or documented sales results.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer technology.

Ability to climb ladders and inspect roofs safely.

Ability to work outdoors and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.

Availability for at least 40 daytime hours per week. Schedule flexibility is available, but most Saturdays are required.

Paid training on storm damage identification, inspections, safety, and the restoration process.

Uncapped incentive based earnings with representatives typically earning $63,000-$120,000+ annually following training.
