- Introduce customer to the Spitzer value price sales process and value statements.
- Facilitate interview at a comfortable pace for the customer, to discover customer preferences, needs, and buying motives.
- Present vehicles to customers that meet their needs and explore their interests.
- Offer customer involvement in trade‑in evaluation, present financial proposition, satisfy customer concerns and ask for the order.
- Conduct Spitzer delivery process and follow up in prescribed manner with customers; follow up with customers after delivery in prescribed Spitzer manner to develop customer loyalty.
- Other related duties as assigned.
- An outgoing and friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with all types of people.
- Professional, ethical and respectful.
- Self‑starter and self‑motivated.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow‑through.
- Proficient computer skills including email.
- High School degree.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
