Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all restaurant equipment and facilities according to safety, systems and process standards;
Ensure timely and accurate completion of preventative maintenance work orders;
Provide ongoing equipment care to the Operations team to support the organization's business goals;
Utilize warranty tracking in partnership with Facilities Manager to minimize repair costs;
Conduct assigned projects requiring carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and ceramic tile assistance
