As a electrician on our Corporate Facilities team, you’ll help keep millions of square feet of Class A office space and mission‑critical sites safely powered and online in Cleveland and across other locations. You’ll install, maintain, and repair a wide range of electrical systems and equipment, troubleshoot issues to minimize business disruption, and ensure all work meets NEC, local code, and company standards.
You’ll also support small to medium electrical projects, provide input on plans and specifications, document your work, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to strengthen our electrical safety culture and overall reliability.

ScheduleMonday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with flexibility to work additional hours, including Saturday nights, as business needs dictate.
Must‑Have Qualifications- High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of five years of experience as an electrician or equivalent status in a commercial/industrial application
- This position requires a valid driver's license and auto insurance
- This position requires compliance with Progressive's driving standards and/or policies
- Hands‑on experience operating and performing preventive maintenance on commercial electrical infrastructure, including medium‑voltage switch gear, UPS, PDUs, RPPs, STSs, generators, ATSs, transformers, two‑way radio systems, and energy management systems.
- Experience working safely on systems ranging from 120 VAC to 480 VAC and occasionally 13,200 VAC, as well as DC voltage and low‑voltage communication systems.
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, troubleshoot, and work from electrical drawings, diagrams, schematics, and specifications.
- Working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and applicable local fire and electrical codes. Ability to manage small to mid‑size projects, including estimating workload and materials.
- Experience supporting raised floor and other mission‑critical environments.
- $55,700 – $74,200 per year
