• Install and replace entry doors and windows to exact specs
• Troubleshoot on-site and make adjustments for a perfect fit
• Seal, finish, and deliver a final product that looks as good as it performs
• Travel to job sites across Northeast Ohio with a consistent workload

• Proven installation experience (this is not an entry-level role)
• Confidence using tools, reading conditions, and making decisions on-site
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to communicate with customers and represent the brand professionally
