Pay: $34.65 - 42.35 / hr. (DOE)
Shift Availability: Wednesday through Saturday 9:00 pm to 7:30 am

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 1+ years related experience and/or training in mechanical and electrical equipment, or equivalent combination of both education and specific work experience.
- Welding experience is required
- Current Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ensure proper operation of conveyor systems and material handling equipment to keep operations running smoothly, responding in a timely manner to all material handling systems breakdowns.
- Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance to conveyor systems.
- Change and repair parts of conveyor systems, rebuild and align equipment, gears, shafts, pulleys, and belts.
- Use illustrated parts breakdown manuals and operational manuals in the repair, modification, and maintenance of equipment.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean-up, conveyor and equipment clean-up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.
- Daily inspections of machinery for potential problems.
- From time to time, may be called in after hours to ensure MHS systems are working at optimum capacity.
- Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by adhering to policies and procedures as outlined in the Company Safety Program.
- Most of the work is performed independently, but from time to time you may need to assist another OnTrac maintenance member; teamwork is required.
- Ability to learn and follow all safety regulations and job instructions to perform primary duties.
- Knowledge of Material Handling Systems (MHS), industrial conveyor systems and controls, VFDs, PLC, electronic motors (480V). Programming, GUI, and/or HMI experience is a big plus.
- Knowledge of LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out), PM’s (Preventative Maintenance), and 3-Phase electrical work.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and electrical blueprints.
- Mechanical work experience.
- Industrial electrical knowledge a plus.
- Knowledge of OSHA requirements.
- Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 24‑hour operations; occasionally work extended hours, weekends and holidays as needed.
- Ability to lift 60 pounds on a routine basis.
- Good time management skills and ability to work independently and as a team.
