White Castle is seeking a hands-on Facilities Technician to maintain and service buildings, grounds, and equipment. The role requires a two-year technical degree or equivalent field experience and EPA HVAC/R certification readiness within 6 months.
Candidates should be able to handle after-hours calls on a 4-week rotation, communicate effectively with team members and external providers, and manage invoices and purchases for the service department. Lifting up to 50 pounds is required.
