Darling Ingredients is seeking a Mechanic 3 for night shift (5pm–5am) to perform advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on trailers, diesel and gasoline powered vehicles, and plant equipment.
You will use OEM diagnostic tools, interpret manuals, and mentor Mechanic 1 and 2 while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Travel may be required for training and vendor coordination.
