2nd shift Maintenance Technician

Maintains, services, and installs various campus mechanical systems.

• Install, service, and repair food service equipment and maintain and service various domestic appliances (washers, dryers, ovens, refrigerators).
• Install, build, and repair locks, lock-sets and hardware to include automatic card access.
• Fabricate (welding/cutting) as needed for repairs to structural components.
• Service and maintain various powered housekeeping equipment.
• Keep detailed records of materials and labor time. Input data into work order system.

High School Diploma or GED

Ability to read and write English. Ability to obtain a Forklift Operators certification.

3-5 years Work experience

This position requires a valid driver’slicensefor the operation of a company owned, rented or leased vehicle.

Vocational or technical certificate/degree
