Position Details

Job Title: Behavioral Health Therapeutic Program Aide (3rd Shift)

Location: Cuyahoga County, Ohio

Schedule: Full‑time, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am (3rd Shift)

Compensation: $22.60 – $25.77 per hour

Union: OCSEA

• Participate in the development of treatment plans.
• Charting, documentation, records, and reporting.
• Organize and conduct patient group activities.
• Transport patients to off‑site appointments.
• Participate in appropriate interventions.

• Formal education in arithmetic, including addition and subtraction, and in reading, writing, and speaking common English vocabulary.
• High‑school diploma or certificate of high‑school equivalency.
• Valid driver’s license if the position requires motor‑vehicle transport.
• Required job skills:
  Direct Support/Direct Care.
• Required technical skills:
  Behavioral Health.
• Required professional skills:
  Building Trust, Coaching, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, and Analyzation.
