Full‑time – Monday‑Friday

Columbus Springs Dublin (a Behavioral Health Hospital) is seeking an Inpatient Therapist to provide individual and group therapy, family counseling, and collaborative treatment planning for patients with psychological, emotional, or substance abuse problems.

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to educate patients about psychological, emotional, or substance abuse issues.
• Actively participate in treatment planning and communication with the interdisciplinary team, including physicians, nursing staff, and utilization review.
• Provide family session counseling to involve family members and support groups.
• Communicate proactively with clients, families, and outside referral sources.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Work effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and other providers.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field and possess a current clinical or social work license in Ohio. Additional requirements include:

• Prior experience with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
• CPR and de‑escalation certification required within 30 days of hire.
