Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in human services, psychology, sociology, social work, nursing, rehabilitation, pre‑med, theology, anthropology
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working with children and/ or families in a CASSP related program (volunteer and internships count toward experience)
  • Ability to transport clients in your car (Valid Driver's License with clean driving record and car insurance)
  • Ability to provide services in a variety of locations (home, school & community)
  • Ability to be on call on a rotating schedule
  • Pennsylvania State Criminal History Check
  • Pennsylvania Child Abuse Clearance
  • FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services

Are you passionate about supporting families and making a lasting impact in your community? We are seeking a Bachelor’s Level Family Counselor to join our Family Based program
, which provides intensive, community-based support to families in need. Our team receives comprehensive training in Ecosystemic Structural Family Therapy
, leading to certification and equipping you with the skills to drive meaningful change.

What You’ll Do

As a Family Counselor
, you will:

  • Work directly with families to address children's mental health needs and provide therapeutic support.
  • Help families navigate crises, strengthen relationships, and build a resilient support system at home.
  • Partner with a Master’s-level Mental Health Professional to provide services to up to 8 families at a time.
  • Assist in crisis response, case management, and weekly team supervision to enhance your clinical skills.
  • Participate in an employer-paid training program to gain expertise in the ESFT model and earn valuable certification.
